Welcome to Flourish in Food, a unique personal pairing programme for people in the food industry. We are run by a small group of volunteers who all have worked in the industry, and who want to drive change and make a difference by helping others.


Flourish in Food started out in 2020, as a lockdown project for our Founder Cameron, aiming to give support to students wanting to progress in the food industry through linking them up with specialist mentors.

 

Since then, we have opened our services to anyone in the industry looking for personal growth and development and have created over 250 food industry pairings.
