HOW IT WORKS

We take applications for mentees twice a year, and then run a personal matching service to find an appropriate mentor to provide tailored advice. Mentee applications are welcome from anyone over the age of 18 living in the UK and wanting to work in the food industry or already working, whether you are a student or someone with over 20 years experience we would love to have you join our scheme.

Our mentors come from a range of backgrounds and functions in the industry and can offer advice on navigating the industry, leadership skills, specific industry challenges and much more.

Once paired, we will introduce you to your mentor and then we leave you to flourish. On average we expect the relationship to last for an initial period of 6 months, but this can be fluid and often can be extended which can lead to lasting relationships, supporting mentees in reaching a specific career or personal goal.

Whilst we endeavour to match everyone that applies, we cannot unfortunately guarantee a match for everyone.
